Linda Miezio is a dedicated Commercial Lines CSR at Loman-Ray Insurance with a rich background in customer service. She has always enjoyed meeting people from all walks of life, as her former waitressing job at Philo Tavern for 25 years can attest to. Linda’s strengths and skills in the insurance industry were refined by her mentor, the insurance agency owner of her former employer, who she credits for helping her become the insurance professional she is today.
Linda's expertise lies in customer service, she finds it the most rewarding aspect of her job. Her goal is to help clients work through issues and educate them about the coverage they need. She is proudest in the moments where she can turn a negative client experience into a positive one.
Outside of work, Linda is an avid sports fan, with a particular passion for Illini sports, the St. Louis Cardinals, and the Dallas Cowboys. She also enjoys playing golf.
If she could have any super power, Linda would choose the power of time management. She believes that being able to manage her time more efficiently would help her do her job better, leading to a productive work environment and improved personal life.
